Job Description

Must Have Skills:
n
n
Solid understandingof UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria.
n
Proficient in testcase design, traceability to business requirements, and defect




lifecyclemanagement.
n
Excellent
stakeholdermanagement
and communication—able to align business, product, andengineering.
n
Ability to plan andrun structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.
n
Proven experience withAzure DevOps Work Items and Boards
n
Familiarity with testautomation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
n
Experience withcontact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot ServiceWorkspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR)
n
n
Nice to Have Skills:
n
n
Prior experience in insurancedomain is a plus
