We're looking for experienced and current to industry Fitter tradespeople to join our underground team. This is more than a job — it's a pathway to career growth with hands‐on work, the latest mining technology and a team that will help you progress.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot underground longwall and associated equipment
n
Perform planned and breakdown maintenance to high quality and safety standards
n
Follow and contribute to safe work systems, including isolation and lock‐out procedures
n
Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors and operators to optimise production and reliability
n
Support continuous improvement, training and mentoring of less experienced crew
n
Conduct effective maintenance practices and carry out fault finding and diagnostics on complex systems including:
n
automated longwall systems
n
surface and underground conveyors
n
n




You'll succeed if you have
n
n
Underground coal experience (desirable)
n
Experience with heavy mobile equipment, underground plant or mining systems desirable
n
Strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices
n
Good communication skills and a team‐first attitude
n
Ability to obtain any site‐specific mining certifications and medicals required
n
