Purple Patch Consulting is sourcing a Casual Disability Support Worker to assist NDIS participants in their own homes across Minto and nearby suburbs.
You will help with daily living, personal care, meal prep, and transport, delivering compassionate, person-centred support.
Roles include weekday and weekend availability, with paid training, shift loadings, and ongoing development.
A supportive rostering app and 24/7 rostering team will help manage shifts and rosters.
