We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Senior Support Consultantto act as the Functional L2/L3 Lead, supporting and enhancing Salesforce platforms across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service.

Support Experience Cloud (Portal) issues
User login and access management
Self-service functionality
User experience improvements
Provide functional support for Field Service
Scheduling and dispatch issues
Work order and service appointment processes
End-user journey optimization
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Stakeholder and business engagement
Minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Reporting and dashboard gap analysis
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience withSalesforce Service Cloud(Primary)




Experience supportingExperience Cloud (Community/Portal)
Positive understanding ofSales Cloud
Functional knowledge ofSalesforce Field Service
Awareness ofSalesforce Data Cloudcapabilities
Experience working in L2/L3 support environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
