Campus Quality Manager (Full-Time)
Operations Administrator (Part-Time)
Both roles are ideal for experienced Centre Managers or senior leaders in the sector looking for a new and fulfilling role.
Campus Quality Manager
Full‐Time
Our Campus Quality Manager will play an important role in supporting the day‐to‐day quality and operations across the campus. This role is all about helping our team succeed, maintaining high standards, and ensuring our campus is operating smoothly, consistently, and in line with policies and compliance requirements, and our values and philosophy.
You'll work closely with leadership teams to provide guidance, support quality improvement, and help create positive outcomes for children, families, and educators.
What you'll be doing
Supporting our team to maintain high standards across operations and compliance
Assisting with policy, process, and quality practices
Conducting quality checks, reviews, and supporting continuous improvement
Coaching and supporting leaders and educators
Helping maintain a positive and collaborative team culture




Identifying opportunities to improve systems and day‐to‐day operations
Providing practical support and guidance where needed
What we're looking for
Previous Centre Manager experience is highly desirable
5+ years experience in early childhood leadership preferred
Strong understanding of compliance and operational requirements
Someone approachable, supportive, and solutions‐focused
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for quality early childhood education and supporting teams
Operations Administrator
Part‐Time
We're also looking for a highly organised Operations Administrator to support the business with a range of operational and administrative tasks.
This role would suit someone who has experience in early childhood operations and enjoys the administrative side of the sector. Someone who loves systems, organisation, and helping things run efficiently behind the scenes.
In this role you'll support
Inclusion support processes and documentation
General operational administration
Recruitment and onboarding support
Record keeping and compliance documentation
Communication and coordination across services




Various day‐to‐day administration tasks that support the wider team
About you
Experience in the early childhood sector is essential
Previous Centre Manager experience would be highly regarded
Solid attention to detail and time management skills
Confident using systems and managing multiple priorities
Reliable, proactive, and happy to jump in where needed
A team player with a positive and professional approach
