About the Role:
n In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of clinical, nursing, allied health and specialist services to eligible clients; the leadership and management of the multidisciplinary team and the provision of operational support to the Service Manager.
n
Responsibilities

Manager the coordination of quality clinical service delivery to clients and providers.
n
Effectively lead, manage and develop a team, within an environment which encourages staff to work cooperatively
n
Maintain daily operations with a focus of continuous quality improvement
n
Contemporary Practice Standards (care and clinical)
n
n
Qualifications, Credentials and Other Requirements
n
n
Current Queensland Driver Licence and own reliable transport
n
Current National Police Check OR NDIS worker screening
n
Degree in a health profession and relevant practical experience in a leadership role
n
Current registration with AHPRA, or relevant national professional organisation
n
Current First Aid Certification (not required if a qualified Registered Nurse)
n
Current CPR Certification
n
