Our client, a global FMCG business, is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis. This role combines customer order processing, sales administration, and invoicing support. SAP experience is essential for this position.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Process customer orders via phone, email, and customer portals
n
Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders and account queries
n
Manage invoicing and support Accounts Receivable functions
n
Perform invoice reconciliation
n




Data entry and maintenance of accurate customer/order records
n
Generate basic reports as required
n
Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs) for data management and reporting
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
SAP experience - essential
n
Solid Excel skills, including confidence using VLOOKUPs
n
Experience with invoicing and basic Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice reconciliation
n
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
n
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
n
Ability to start immediately
n
n
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
n
n
Experience using Coles and/or Woolworths customer portals
n
n
