Hunter Region, NSW

About the Role
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being out and about, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and managing the day-to-day requirements of residential properties.
We understand that property management doesn't always fit neatly into standard office hours.
Flexibility with working hours is essential

Saturday work as required

Key Responsibilities
Managing residential properties across the Hunter Region
Conducting
ingoing inspections
Conducting
routine property inspections
Managing
leasing
, including property viewings and tenant applications
Coordinating
repairs and maintenance
Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
Following up maintenance requests and ensuring works are completed promptly
Managing lease renewals and general tenancy matters
Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
Providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants
Applicants must hold a current:




NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Real Estate Agent Licence, or Real Estate Agent Licence
, as applicable to the position
Current NSW Driver Licence
Reliable vehicle for attending inspections and appointments throughout the Hunter Region
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in
residential property management
Experience using PropertyMe is highly regarded
Strong understanding of property management processes and NSW tenancy requirements
Good computer and administrative skills

Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and trades
Proactive and solutions-focused
Skilled with a strong
customer service focus
Comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
Flexible with working hours
Available to work Saturdays as required
Reliable and committed to delivering a high standard of work
Comfortable using property management software and technology
Keen to be part of a
