1. Provide the technical design and architectural leadership to one or more teams and projects, to

ensure applications are integrated and adhere to stated architectural and design principles
n
and standards.

2. Evaluate business requirements in the early stages of projects to determine what software,
n
integration technologies, system architectures, and patterns should be employed to meet
n
business objectives efficiently.
n
3. Provide the technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting and
n
4. Communicate best practices by giving presentations, working with project teams, and
n
authoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and otherwise
n
defined best practices.
n
5. Design solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value and
n
capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security.
n
6. Drive the selection of services, technologies, development of standards, and reference
n
7. Develop project estimates to design, build,



deliver, and run business solutions.
n
8. Lead efforts for technology research, evaluations, and proof of concepts (POC).
n
9. Participate in RFP responses and client contract development.
n
Qualifications:
n Robust interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.
n ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)
n At least 3 years of experience as an Architect or Solutions lead on ServiceNow Implementations
n projects
n At least 5-7 years experience in developing on ServiceNow platform including the customization
n of the core applications such as Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog,
n Knowledge Management
n Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
n Ability to keep a product vision at the forefront of the conversation and articulate design
n decisions impacts to maintenance and longevity
