We're looking for a Senior Performance Executive who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is passionate about delivering high‐performing digital campaigns across search, social and programmatic. You'll sit at the heart of a global blue‐chip client, shaping how audiences experience a brand across markets and moments.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
As a Senior Performance Executive, you'll play a hands‐on role in bringing campaigns to life, from setup through to optimisation and reporting.
Campaign delivery & optimisation
Execute digital campaigns across paid search, social and programmatic
Manage end‐to‐end campaign activation including setup, trafficking, tagging and tracking
Monitor live campaigns, ensuring delivery is on track and optimised to achieve KPIs
Identify performance opportunities and proactively recommend improvements
Ensure campaigns are accurate, well‐paced and aligned to best practice
Client & reporting support
Support delivery of clear, actionable reporting and insights
Build a robust understanding of client goals and performance objectives
Respond to day‐to‐day client and internal queries with professionalism and speed
Collaboration & development
Work closely with your Manager to QA campaigns before launch
Coach and support junior team members across tools and reporting
Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team
Team & culture contribution
Bring curiosity, energy and a continuous learning mindset
Participate in brainstorms, training and development sessions




Share platform updates and insights to lift team capability
What you'll bring
Experience across performance media channels (search, social or programmatic)
Strong attention to detail and confidence managing campaign setups
