, where patients pay a monthly membership for enhanced access to care.
This model allows doctors to focus on
quality consultations rather than high patient turnover
, with average consult times of 15 minutes and strong continuity of care. You'll be supported by experienced nurses, allied health professionals, and a dedicated patient app that enhances communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, patient-centred consultations




Build long-term relationships with a consistent patient base
Manage a mix of acute, chronic and preventative care
Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals
Utilise digital tools including the clinic's patient app for communication
What You'll Need
Current
AHPRA registration
as a Medical Practitioner
Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Doctors who are in it for the long haul (no 'churn and burn')
Commitment to quality care over high-volume consults
