The Opportunity:
You'll work side-by-side with a high-performing Lead Agent, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across every stage of the sales process.
From conducting open homes to building lasting relationships with buyers, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while developing the skills, confidence, and knowledge to become a successful Residential Sales Agent.
Your Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers throughout sales campaigns
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Follow up with prospective buyers to gather feedback and identify opportunities
Support prospecting activities and grow an active buyer database




Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and property presentations
Deliver exceptional customer service through regular communication with buyers and vendors
Work closely with the Lead Agent to achieve outstanding sales results
