Responsibilities
Advise and defend public and product liability claims; provide policy interpretation and coverage advice; represent insurers and corporates in personal injury claims arising from various sectors including construction, hospitality, security,
leisure, retail, education, property owners, cleaners, and waste management.
Qualifications & Experience
You will be a Defendant Personal Injury Lawyer at the 2-4 year level who enjoys public and product liability and personal injury defence work.
