About the role
You will be the friendly face of this professional consulting suites — delivering warm, professional customer service and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
From managing administration tasks, front desk duties and to supporting a team of specialists, you'll be part of a close-knit team that works together to make sure every detail is taken care of.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls in a timely, proficient, and friendly manner, ensure correct processes are followed relating to taking messages and assisting with patient enquires
Attend to patients and visitors at the Reception desk, directing visitors and handling all enquires with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion
Schedule all necessary appointments
Record management, data entry and database management
Provide timely and accurate documentation related to patient's needs
Account management - processing payments, receipting and daily banking
Skills & Experience required
You have a calm,



caring and mature minded outlook with exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience within a similar role in the hospital/medical sector will be required
The ability to work in a busy environment and under pressure at times
You must be highly organised and with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
A proactive, positive attitude, you are motivated and willing to learn and grow
