JobDescription:
Role: Senior tech delivery Lead Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead end to end delivery of SAPSuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay solutions, ensuringalignment with business goals and timelines.
Act as the single point of contact foronshore and GCC offshore teams, ensuring strong coordination, communication,and accountability across all delivery streams.
Own and drive build, testing, and PRR(Production Readiness Review) technical activities, ensuringquality,compliance,and timely execution
Govern solution design,configuration,integrations,and data migration to ensure scalable and robust implementations.
Manage release planning, defect management,and risk mitigation to ensure predictable and high quality delivery outcomes.
Collaborate closely withbusinessstakeholders,functional leads, and architects to translatebusinessrequirementsinto technical solutions
Ensure adherence to delivery standards, bestpractices, and governance frameworks across all phases of implementation.
Drive continuous improvement throughautomation, standardisation,



and optimisation initiatives within the deliverylifecycle.
Support multi country/globaldeployments,ensuringcompliance with regional and organisational requirements.
Provide leadership and mentoring to offshoreteams, fostering capability development and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience withstrong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
Proven experience in delivering SAPSuccessFactors modules: PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay.
Strong understanding ofSuccessFactorsarchitecture,integrations (SAP CPI/PI/PO), and data models.
Hands on experience inconfiguration,releases,and production support.
Experience in managingdistributed(onshore/offshore)delivery teams.
Solid understanding of testing strategies,PRR processes, and release management.
Robust stakeholder management andcommunicationskills,with ability to engage senior leadership.
Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGMand/orCompensation/VariablePay preferred).
Experience in large-scaleenterpriseimplementations,preferably in banking/financial services.
Exposure to People Analytics andreportingsolutions.
Familiarity with governanceframeworks,compliance,and audit requirements.
