The Role
This is a hands-on production role working withstate-of-the-art bindery equipmentin a quick-paced, team-driven environment.
You'll operateGuillotines, Folders or Stitchers(or multiple machines if you have broader capability), helping deliver jobson time, in full, and to spec—the standard CMYKhub is known for.
Hours:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location:Brendale, QLD
What You'll Be Doing
Operating bindery equipment (Guillotine, Folder and/or Stitcher)
Supporting end-to-end finishing processes
Maintaining quality, accuracy and output targets
Performing basic preventative maintenance
Keeping your work area clean and organised
Participating in ongoing training and upskilling
What You'll Bring
1–3+ years' experienceon at least one bindery machine
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Solid time management and reliability
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Additional machine experience is highly regarded.
