Job Title: Senior Solution Engineer (Microsoft D365)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Engineer to lead the design, migration, and management of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
This is a remote position in Australia, offering the opportunity to work with cutting‐edge cloud technologies in a collaborative, quick‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Implementation: Lead the design, migration, and ongoing management of enterprise M365 solutions, with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies using Microsoft Purview, Defender, and other tools to ensure a robust, zero‐trust architecture.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert‐level support, automate processes using PowerShell,



and optimize M365 platform performance and user adoption.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise‐scale Microsoft 365 environments.
Technical Expertise: Hands‐on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential.
Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS‐102) or equivalent is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong problem‐solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
