TheVideo Lead Project Manageris responsible for managing theplanning,execution, anddeliveryofvideo production projectswithin theCloud Learning Services team.
This role requires a blend oftechnicalandproject management skillsto ensure the timely and successful completion ofvideo projects, frominitial requesttofinal delivery.
TheVideo Lead Project Managerwill work closely withinternal stakeholders,vendors, andcreative teamsto producehigh-quality video contentthat supportslearningandenablement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage theend-to-end lifecycleofvideo projects, includingscoping,scheduling, andresource allocation.
Trackproject progressand provide regular updates tostakeholders.
Identify and mitigateproject risksanddependencies.
Ensure all projects are deliveredon time,within scope, andon budget.
Enforce and maintaindata integrityin theproject system of record (e.g., TaskFlow)to ensureglobal reporting accuracy.
Creative & Technical
Collaborate withstakeholdersto defineproject requirements.
Providecreative directionandfeedbacktovideo production teams.
Overseeend-to-end deliveryofvideo content, includingpre-production,filming,editing, andpost-production.




Ensure allvideo contentfollowsbrand guidelinesandquality standards.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as theprimary point of contactfor allvideo production-related inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships withinternal stakeholders, includingprogram managers,instructional designers, andsubject matter experts.
Managevendor relationshipsand ensure thequality of their work.
Qualifications and Experience
Strongproject management skills, with a demonstrated ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge ofvideo production processes, includingpre-production,production, andpost-production.
Experience working withvideo editing softwareandproject management tools like Buganizer.
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams.
Experience working in afast-paced,deadline-driven setting.
Familiarity withcloud products and servicesis a plus.
Experience working on a variety ofvideo projects, includingtraining videos,customer stories, andpromotional content.
