Essential Requirements
CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse
RelevantICU training
Minimum1–2 years recent ICU experience
Strong clinical skills and ability to work inhigh-pressure environments
Flexible availability for day, evening, and night shifts
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
