Through our partnership with BMW Australia, we are seeking an experiencedNon‐Technical Trainerto join our team based inMelbourne (Mulgrave).
This is a unique, high‐impact role supporting the BMW retail network acrossAustralia and New Zealand, delivering engaging training acrossProduct, Sales, and Aftersalesfor BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad.
This is not a narrow training role—it's abroad, end‐to‐end opportunityto influence dealer capability, shape customer experience, and bring premium brand standards to life.

What You'll Do
Facilitate engagingface‐to‐face and virtual training sessionsacross Product, Sales, and Aftersales disciplines.
Train a wide range of dealership roles, including:
Product Geniuses
Parts Advisors & Managers
DeliverInitial & Post Certification Training (ICT & PCT)to support ongoing capability development.
Support Dealer Capability & Performance
Partner with dealership teams to build product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer experience excellence.
Deliver impactful product training acrossBMW, MINI, and BMW Motorradportfolios.
Act as a trusted training resource, helping translate brand strategy into practical dealership execution.
Plan, Customize & Improve Training
Deliver training aligned to the agreedTraining Plan and global standards.
Adapt and localize training content to reflect market needs and evolving business priorities.
Continuously review and refine training materials to ensure relevance, engagement, and effectiveness.
Applymodern adult learning principlesto maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Contribute to planning and execution of:
Immersive driving experiences
Special training initiatives and events




Provide input into curriculum development and delivery strategies.
Support operational activities that ensure smooth training program execution.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience & Background
Strong understanding ofautomotive dealership operations, with experience in Sales, Product, and/or Aftersales.
Experience delivering training inclassroom, virtual, or on‐the‐job environments.
Familiarity with BMW Group products and retail environments is highly advantageous.
Skills & Capabilities
Engaging, confident facilitator with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to influence and inspire dealership teams.
Solid business awareness, including KPIs, performance metrics, and dealership dynamics.
Highly organized, self‐driven, and able to manage a demanding travel schedule.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex information simply.
Desirable Qualifications
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****) or equivalent (or working towards).
Experience in training design or curriculum development.
Familiarity with virtual delivery platforms and modern training tools.
Work Flexibility & Travel
Up to 75% travelacross Australia and Current Zealand.
Occasionalinternational travelrequired.
Future relocation flexibility is an advantage.
