About the Role
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for an experienced, people-focusedManagerto work closely with two Partners in managing client relationships and overseeing the team.
This is a hands-on role where you will have genuine influence over both your clients and the development of the team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing staff workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
Reviewing work files and maintaining high-quality standards
Training,



mentoring and developing team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Acting as a key point of contact for clients
Providing higher-level tax, accounting and business advisory services
Working closely with the Partners on client strategy and commercial matters
Taking abig-picture view of your clients' businessesand identifying opportunities to add value
About You
Ideally, you will possess:
CA/CPA qualified or currently working towards qualification
At least2 years' experience at Manager levelwithin public practice
At least7 years' public practice accounting experience
Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A personable and client-focused approach
A genuineteam-player mentality
A passion for mentoring and developing others
An interest in developing your commercial and business advisory capabilities
Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and wants to be more than just a compliance accountant.
