You will shape employment strategy, lead a small specialist team and provide strategic IR advice to executives in a highly regulated healthcare workplace.
You will drive enterprise bargaining, advise on agreements and policies, and engage unions and stakeholders to deliver practical, defensible outcomes while ensuring compliance and governance across the organisation.
