Job Description
HCLTech is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant – Compensation for a fixed time contract.
The role focuses on configuring and delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and related Talent modules in a agile, global delivery setup.
You will lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and end-to-end implementations while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams in an Agile/SaaS environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential.
