Reporting into a senior People & Culture leader, you will lead a team of6 direct reportsand oversee key functions across payroll, employee systems and employee experience services.
It is a VPS 6 contract role through to end of December ****.
You will provide leadership across a diverse portfolio, including:
Leading the payroll, employee services and employee experience functions
Overseeing complex payroll matters and ensuring payroll processes and employment conditions are accurately maintained
Managing employee systems and HR applications, including third-party support arrangements
Ensuring workforce and establishment data is accurate and supports effective workforce planning
Driving process improvement across people services and systems
Providing high-quality advice on complex and sensitive employment-related matters
We are seeking an experienced people leader who can confidently operate in a complex and highly regulated workplace.
Ideally, you will bring:
Previous experience leadingpayroll and employee services functionswithin a medium to large organisation
Strong payroll oversight experience, including managing complex payroll issues and ensuring accuracy and compliance
Demonstrated experience managing complex employee matters and providing sound advice on employment-related issues
Strong leadership capability, with experience building, developing and managing high-performing teams
Experience withingovernment, the public sector or another highly regulated environmentwill be highly regarded
