The Role
Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial properties, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management across a mix of industrial, retail and office assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end commercial property management
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Lease administration and renewals
Arrears management and rent reviews
Coordinating maintenance and contractors
Property inspections and reporting
Managing budgets, invoices and outgoings
Working closely with the Sales & Leasing team on re-leasing requirements
Maintaining accurate portfolio information within Cirrus PM
