About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care for children while building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing nurturing, responsive and engaging experiences for children.
Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
Contributing to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational program.
Building strong and respectful relationships with children and families.
Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Working collaboratively with educators and contributing positively to the team.
Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to observations and assessments.
Following theNational Quality Standard (NQS), National Regulations and relevant policies and procedures.
Promoting and upholding theChild Safe Standardsand a strong culture of child safety.
Supporting children's rights, voice, agency and wellbeing.
About You
We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a positive difference in children's lives.
Essential requirements
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent recognised qualification.




Minimum 3 years' experienceworking as an Early Childhood Educator.
Sound knowledge and understanding of theNational Quality Standard (NQS)and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Strong understanding of and commitment to theChild Secure Standardsand child-safe practices.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
Current Working with Children Check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Robust understanding of children's development, wellbeing and learning.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
