Lead Creator, Websdesigner and Video content Creator
We are looking for ahands-on, proactive and results-driven professionalwho can take ownership oflead management, website development and digital content creation.
This is a multi-skilled role whereLead Management is the primary responsibility, supported by website management and video/content creation.
1. Lead Management & Digital Marketing – Primary Responsibility
Manage incoming leads fromGoogle Ads, Facebook, Instagram and website enquiries
Respond to new leads promptly and professionally
Follow up leads throughphone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
Maintain regular follow-ups until leads arebooked, converted or closed
Update CRM with lead status, notes and next actions
Track the complete journey fromLead → Contact → Appointment → Conversion
Monitor lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion
Work withGoogle Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor key campaign metrics includingCPC, CPL, CTR, conversions and cost per acquisition
Maintain and improve lead-management workflows and automations
Provide regular reports onleads, appointments, conversions and campaign performance
2. Web Design & WordPress Management
Design, develop and maintainWordPress websites
Create professional and conversion-focusedlanding pages
Update website content, images, videos, forms and banners
Improve website layout, speed and user experience




BasicSEO and Google Analyticsknowledge
Integrate website forms with CRM and lead-management systems
Troubleshoot basic WordPress and website issues
Ensure lead tracking and enquiry forms are working correctly
3. Video Content Creation & Social Media
Create and edit professionalReels, Shorts and promotional videos
Edit videos forInstagram, Facebook and YouTube
Convert long-form videos into engaging short-form content
Add captions, graphics, transitions, music and branding
Create thumbnails and social media graphics
Schedule and publish social media content
Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms
Preferred tools:Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience inlead management and lead conversion
Practical knowledge ofGoogle Ads and Meta Ads
Experience withCRM and marketing automation systems
StrongWordPress/web designskills
Good video editing and content creation capabilities
Understanding ofSEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing
Excellent written and spoken English
Solid follow-up and communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
