The role
Manage a portfolio of Commercial and Residential Strata Claims
Ensure claims are managed efficiently, compliantly, and within SLA
Handle claims within authority limit and manage stakeholder relationships
About you
1-2+ years' Property/Strata/Home and Contents claims experience
Strong policy interpretation skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage workloads, people, and stakeholders
Someone who shows initiative and loves working in a team
