Analyst or Associate – Corporate Advisory
Our client is a leading independent corporate advisory firm operating under an Australian Financial Services Licence.
The firm provides capital markets advisory, debt and equity capital raising, refinancing, and strategic transaction services, including M&A; advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
You will support the execution of debt and equity capital raisings and provide strategic advisory support to corporate clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining financial models.
Conducting valuation, credit,



and commercial analysis.
Preparing client materials including pitch decks, information memoranda, management presentations, and submissions.
Supporting transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion.
Assisting with due diligence processes, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
Working closely with senior team members and clients across a range of transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Up to 7 years of relevant professional experience.
Backgrounds in investment banking, structured finance, corporate finance, or related advisory roles will be highly regarded, though candidates from adjacent backgrounds will be considered.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with sound analytical capability.
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
