As a Registered Nurse / Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting positive patient experiences within a busy and collaborative practice environment. Working alongside GPs and allied health professionals, you will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services while promoting preventative health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with best practice standards.
n
Conduct health assessments and chronic disease management activities.
n
Administer immunisations, injections, and medications.
n
Assist with care plans, recalls, health screenings, and preventive health initiatives.
n
Provide patient education and support to encourage positive health outcomes.
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
n
Collaborate effectively with GPs, nurses, and the broader healthcare team.
n
Ensure compliance with infection control, accreditation, and clinical governance requirements.
n

About the Candidate
n
n
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Previous experience in a General Practice, Primary Care, or Community Health setting preferred.
n
Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
n
Experience with immunisations, care plans, and chronic disease management is highly regarded.
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
n
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

$40 - $50 per hour + $5,000 in Bonuses
