About the Role:
n
As a Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n

Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom.
n
Understanding customer needs, lifestyle and renovation goals.




n
Recommending kitchen solutions and product options.
n
Guiding customers through styles, colours and finishes.
n
Booking appointments with our design team.
n
Following up enquiries and maintaining customer relationships.
n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.
n
n
This is a consultative role where customer service, relationship building and attention to detail are key.
n
About You:

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in retail, showroom or customer-facing environments.
n
Enjoys helping customers and building genuine rapport.
n
Is confident, professional and reliable.
n
Has robust communication and organisational skills.
n
Is motivated by achieving results and being rewarded for their efforts.

Has an interest in interiors, renovation, home improvement or design.
n
Is looking for a long-term opportunity and wants to grow their career.

Kitchen industry experience isn't essential. We'll provide the training and support. What matters most is your attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
