What You'll Be Doing
Lead the development and co‐design of accredited training products
Apply national VET frameworks including TPOF, AQF and ACSF
Ensure alignment with Qualifications Reform and quality design principles
Develop Companion Volume Implementation Guides (CVIGs) and educator support materials
Provide technical advice to external writers and contractors
Engage RTOs, educators and industry stakeholders through consultation and validation
Contribute to training package scoping, rationalisation and quality assurance
Coordinate compliance checks and ensure consistency across products
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated knowledge of training packages, assessment and compliance
Proven project delivery capability in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments
Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
Clear,



confident communication—able to translate technical content into plain English
A cooperative, accountable mindset aligned with FSO values
Even Better
Experience in ICT, Finance (FNS) or Business (BSB) training packages
Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot or GenAI tools
Experience working on government‐funded programs
Experience supporting under‐represented cohorts
