As a Trade Counter team member in Hornsby, you'll be at the heart of our branch, helping landscapers, irrigation specialists and trade customers find the products and solutions they need. You'll gain hands‐on experience across customer service, operations, stock management and branch operations, with opportunities to develop recent skills, take on greater responsibility and explore future career pathways across the Reece network.
Whether your goal is to progress into leadership, specialise in a particular area of the business or explore opportunities in other branches or head office, Reece is committed to helping you grow.
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and via email
Providing product advice and preparing customer quotes
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
Receiving, replenishing and managing stock
Maintaining a safe, organised and well‐presented branch environment
Supporting customers with occasional deliveries using a company vehicle
Learning all aspects of branch operations to build your career with Reece

Have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or a similar customer‐facing role
Enjoy building relationships and providing great service
Tech‐savvy and adaptable learning new systems
Hold a current driver's licence
