Olam Orchards Australia is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join the HR team in Carwarp, VIC, on a full time fixed-term basis for 3 months. The role supports recruitment across Australia and partners with leaders to deliver a positive candidate experience.
You will assist end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding, maintain HR records, and support HR projects and reporting. The position reports to the Head of HR AU & NZ and works with the Office Manager in Carwarp.
