We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit a Clinical Care Manager for a large 150-bed residential aged care community located just two hours from Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive leadership team where you'll have a genuine impact on clinical quality, team culture, and resident outcomes.

About the Role
n
As the Clinical Care Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident-centred care. You'll work closely with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary team to maintain clinical excellence, drive continuous improvement, and support staff development.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and mentor a large multidisciplinary clinical team.
n
Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and quality standards.
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and accreditation outcomes.
n
Support, coach, and develop nursing staff.
n




Promote a positive team culture focused on high-quality resident care.
n
Ensure best practice clinical documentation and risk management.
n

About You
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Demonstrated leadership experience within Residential Aged Care.
n
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire clinical teams.
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Passion for delivering exceptional resident care and building high-performing teams.
