Green by Nature is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Roadside Maintenance crew across council-managed roadsides throughout the Moreton Bay region.

What You'll Be Doing
n
As a Roadside Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our crews deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality roadside maintenance services.
n
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team to achieve outstanding results.
n
Operating zero-turn mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
n
Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.
n
Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.
n
Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.
n
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.
n
Working closely with your team while leading from the front.
n

What We're Looking For
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Experience in roadside zero-turn mowing and brush cutting.
n
Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).
n
Current Manual Driver Licence.
n
Construction White Card.
n
ACDC Licence.
n
Traffic Management experience or certification is highly regarded.
n
Strong communication and leadership skills.
n
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
n
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
n
The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
n
