Quick Fix Mobiles is seeking an
Experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician
to join our team in Parramatta, NSW. This is a
full-time position
based at our service centre, where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional mobile device repair services to our valued customers. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction whilst contributing to the growth and success of Quick Fix Mobiles.
What you'll be doing
Diagnosing and repairing mobile phones and other portable devices, including smartphones, tablets, Macbooks, laptops, and related electronics
Performing component-level repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and logic board repairs
Identifying hardware and software faults through systematic troubleshooting and testing procedures
Utilising industry-standard diagnostic tools and repair equipment to ensure accurate and effective repairs
Documenting all repair work, including parts used, time spent, and technical details in our management system
Providing clear and professional communication with customers regarding repair timelines, costs, and technical issues
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation whilst adhering to health and safety regulations
Staying updated with the latest mobile device models, technologies, and repair techniques
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues when required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in mobile phone repair or similar electronics repair work
Strong technical knowledge of mobile device hardware, software, and operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.)




Proficiency with repair tools and equipment, including soldering irons, multimeters, and diagnostic software
Demonstrated ability to perform precise, detailed work with excellent attention to quality
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
Valid driver's licence and reliability in meeting work schedules
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
Knowledge of mobile phone brands including Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, and other major manufacturers
Relevant certifications or training in mobile device repair (preferred but not essential)
Experience with business management systems or point-of-sale software (advantageous)
