Lead Management Executive + Web Designer + Video Content Creator
Lead Creator, Websdesigner and Video content Creator
We are looking for a
hands-on, proactive and results-driven professional
who can take ownership of
lead management, website development and digital content creation
.
This is a multi-skilled role where
Lead Management is the primary responsibility
, supported by website management and video/content creation.
1. Lead Management & Digital Marketing – Primary Responsibility
Manage incoming leads from
Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and website enquiries
Respond to recent leads promptly and professionally
Follow up leads through
phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
Maintain regular follow-ups until leads are
booked, converted or closed
Update CRM with lead status, notes and next actions
Track the complete journey from
Lead → Contact → Appointment → Conversion
Monitor lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion
Work with
Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor key campaign metrics including
CPC, CPL, CTR, conversions and cost per acquisition
Maintain and improve lead-management workflows and automations
Provide regular reports on
leads, appointments, conversions and campaign performance
2. Web Design & WordPress Management
Design, develop and maintain
WordPress websites
Create professional and conversion-focused
landing pages
Update website content, images, videos, forms and banners
Improve website layout, speed and user experience
Basic




SEO and Google Analytics
knowledge
Integrate website forms with CRM and lead-management systems
Troubleshoot basic WordPress and website issues
Ensure lead tracking and enquiry forms are working correctly
3. Video Content Creation & Social Media
Create and edit professional
Reels, Shorts and promotional videos
Edit videos for
Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
Convert long-form videos into engaging short-form content
Add captions, graphics, transitions, music and branding
Create thumbnails and social media graphics
Schedule and publish social media content
Repurpose content across multiple digital platforms
Preferred tools:
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar.
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in
lead management and lead conversion
Practical knowledge of
Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with
CRM and marketing automation systems
Strong
WordPress/web design
skills
Good video editing and content creation capabilities
Understanding of
SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
