About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects across the Hunter region and broader NSW, valued from $3m to $20m, delivered on time and within budget. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout each project, leading site teams and driving strong commercial and safety outcomes as we grow our Newcastle presence.
As a Senior Project Manager at RCG, your responsibilities will include:
Managing commercial construction projects from inception through to completion, delivered on time and within budget
Managing client and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Preparing and presenting job progress reports
Managing contract claims and variations
Ensuring safety adherence to meet corporate and legislative compliance
Delivering new build and refurbishment projects valued from $3m to $20m, across design & construction delivery
Administering contracts under AS**** and AS****, with GC21 experience highly regarded
What We're Looking For
Key requirements:




Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Experience across multi-disciplinary commercial construction projects in the NSW market
Design & Construction delivery experience essential
Strong contract knowledge of AS**** and AS****; GC21 experience preferred
High level of written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience with Premier, Procore, Hammertech and Procure Pro preferred
Intermediate to advanced MS Project skills essential
Proficient in the MS Office suite
Relevant tertiary qualifications highly valued but not essential

Salary
$160,000 – $220,000 per year, based on skills and experience. Please include your salary expectations in your application.
