As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join us in a flexible contractor capacity.

The Opportunity
n
This role offers the chance to practise at an advanced nursing level within a mature, governance-led telehealth platform.
n
You'll deliver evidence-based care through structured programs designed to improve access, reduce barriers and meet patients where they are. Supported by established protocols and a team-oriented virtual care team, you'll focus on clinical quality without the administrative burden of traditional settings.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Conduct video and phone consultations with new and existing patients
n
Provide clinical assessment, education and treatment recommendations within scope
n
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
n
Review patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
n




Triage complex cases to medical practitioners or pharmacists where required
n
Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, allied health professionals and internal teams
n
Contribute feedback to improve systems, protocols and overall patient experience
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Master of Nursing qualification
n
Current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA (unrestricted)
n
Current PBS prescriber number (or eligibility to obtain one)
n
Recent experience practising as a Nurse Practitioner in primary healthcare
n
Confidence working autonomously within a telehealth or digital health environment
n
Strong clinical judgement and patient-centred communication style
n
Alignment with evidence-based, ethical care delivery
n

Working with Mosh
n
This role is offered as an independent contractor engagement.
