Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
who can lead client engagements and deliver impactful Microsoft Business Applications solutions across
Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights
—with a strong focus on
Copilot and AI-driven capabilities

The Role
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design fit‐for‐purpose CE solutions
Advise clients on optimising processes using out‐of‐the‐box Dynamics 365 and AI features
Own functional solution design and collaborate with technical teams on delivery
Support UAT, data migration, and integration discussions
Contribute to presales, proposals, and ongoing client growth
What You Bring
Proven experience in a lead Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting role
Expertise in at least two: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights
Robust understanding of Copilot in Dynamics 365
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
