We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects across a diverse portfolio. What You Will Bring
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline
At least 5 years' experience in a similar commercial role
Experience in Perth commercial construction projects valued from $500k to $50m
Strong capability in forecasting, cost management, and commercial reporting
Experience with contract and account management software, with Procore essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
The capability and ambition to grow into a Project Manager role over time
Experience working with a principal contractor
Proven ability to work effectively with staff, trades, clients, and subcontractors
Key Responsibilities
Provide regular project updates to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager(s)




Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through close-out
Administer Procore, including document control, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals
Manage head contract and subcontractor correspondence
Attend and administer site and PCG meetings
Liaise closely with Project Manager(s) and Site Manager(s)
Prepare, negotiate, and let subcontract packages, including procurement scheduling
Manage variations and contract notices across head contracts and subcontracts
Review and assess progress claims, invoicing, and contractual submissions
Administer project close-out, including deeds of release and final accounts
Coordinate handover documentation and head contract close-out requirements
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
