Weu****re currently seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full-time, fixed-term contract for two years. Reporting directly to the HR Superintendent, this role provides end-to-end HR support to leaders and employees across the operation.

What Youu****ll Be Doing
n
n
Partnering with operational leaders to deliver proactive HR support across workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and performance management
n
Supporting organisational change initiatives and managing projects
n
Champion employee engagement programs
n




Shaping talent strategy and leadership development across a growing business.
n
Providing expert HR advice that is practical, strategic and trusted
n

What Youu****ll Bring
n
n
Proven experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role in mining or heavy industry
n
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Success Factors
n
Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
n
A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
n
