Our client is searchingfor a highly skilled Chef for their busy kitchen in Railway Hotel QLD.This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join its fantastic team. In this role you will be given a great deal of guidance and instruction in assisting with prep and grill cooking.
This is a kitchen that thrives on constant creativity and every chef will be encouraged to show what they can do.
About the role
Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations
Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
Training junior kitchen staff

Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills




Commands respect in the kitchen
Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
High food standards in taste and presentation
Qualifications required - RelevantAQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
