A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our high-achieving team to focus on Temporary White Collar Recruitment. Based in our CBD office, you'll inherit a warm desk with an active client base and have the tools to bill immediately, all while growing your portfolio through the growth of our client base. This is a team-based, candidate and client-facing role with the direct support of the Branch Manager, giving you access to live jobs to fill and to fine tune your craft.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates for a variety of roles
n
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
n
Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance administration
n
Collaborate with your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in white collar agency recruitment (Temp desk preferred)
n
Strong record of achieving placement targets
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
A driven, goal-oriented mindset
n
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Base salary + uncapped commission
