What You'll Be Doing

Lead all day to day venue operations and create an exceptional customer experience
n
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high performing team
n
Build a positive,



energetic culture where people love coming to work

Drive sales, labour, and cost performance while delivering outstanding results
n
Maintain exceptional food safety, quality, and operational standards
n
Work closely with your leadership team to grow the business and achieve key performance goals
n

What We're Looking For

Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
n
A passionate people leader who knows how to inspire and develop teams
n
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs, labour, and costs
n
Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads with positivity
n
A hands on leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed
n

The Exciting Part
n
This isn't just another Venue Leader role. You'll be leading the launch of Yo-Chi's very first Northern Territory venue, building your team from the ground up and introducing the Yo-Chi experience to a brand-new community.
n
To set you up for success ahead of the Casuarina Square opening, this role will require approximately 4 weeks of paid training in Adelaide, South Australia prior to launch. Travel and accommodation support will be provided.
