The
Video Lead Project Manager
is responsible for managing the
planning

execution
, and
delivery
of
video production projects
within the
Cloud Learning Services team
. This role requires a blend of
technical
and
project management skills
to ensure the timely and successful completion of
video projects
, from
initial request
to
final delivery
.
The
Video Lead Project Manager
will work closely with
internal stakeholders
,
vendors
, and
creative teams
to produce
high-quality video content
that supports
learning
and
enablement initiatives
.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage the
end-to-end lifecycle
of
video projects
, including
scoping
,
scheduling
, and
resource allocation
.
Track
project progress
and provide regular updates to
stakeholders
.
Identify and mitigate
project risks
and
dependencies
.
Ensure all projects are delivered
on time
,
within scope
, and
on budget
.
Enforce and maintain
data integrity
in the
project system of record (e.g., TaskFlow)
to ensure
global reporting accuracy
.
Creative & Technical
Collaborate with
stakeholders
to define
project requirements
.
Provide
creative direction
and
feedback
to
video production teams
.
Oversee
end-to-end delivery
of
video content
, including
pre-production
,
filming
,




editing
, and
post-production
.
Ensure all
video content
follows
brand guidelines
and
quality standards
.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for all
video production-related inquiries
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
internal stakeholders
, including
program managers
,
instructional designers
, and
subject matter experts
.
Manage
vendor relationships
and ensure the
quality of their work
.
Qualifications and Experience
Strong
project management skills
, with a demonstrated ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
.
In-depth knowledge of
video production processes
, including
pre-production
,
production
, and
post-production
.
Experience working with
video editing software
and
project management tools like Buganizer
.
Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal skills
, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams
.
Experience working in a
fast-paced
,
deadline-driven workplace
.
Familiarity with
cloud products and services
is a plus.
Experience working on a variety of
video projects
, including
training videos
,
customer stories
, and
promotional content
.
