We're looking for a
Full-Time Barista
who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a high-energy environment. If you love coffee, people, and being part of a supportive team — this could be your perfect fit.
About the Role |
You'll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee and customer experiences every shift.
Prepare and serve high-quality barista made beverages
Create outstanding, friendly customer interactions
Take orders and operate the POS/register
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment
Operate, maintain, and care for espresso machines and equipment
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume service setting

Passion for coffee and continuous learning
Calm and effective under pressure
Friendly, positive, and genuinely customer-focused
High attention to detail and presentation
Reliable with availability, including weekends and public holidays
