Pace Vic is proud to be partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing food manufacturer based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join their warehouse team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse environment where you'll be involved across all aspects of receivals, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory management.

About the role:
n
n
Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock and materials.
n
Picking, packing and staging orders accurately for production and dispatch.
n
Operating high reach forklifts to safely move and store pallets.
n
Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
n
Completing pallet movements and stock transfers between warehouse locations.
n
Maintaining accurate inventory and completing stock movements within warehouse systems.
n
Assisting with cycle counts, stocktakes and investigating inventory discrepancies.
n
Ensuring stock is stored safely, accurately and in the correct locations.
n
Preparing orders and materials to support production requirements.
n
Maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping and organisation.
n
Working closely with warehouse, production and logistics teams to meet daily requirements.
n
Following all food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures.
n

About you:
n
n
Previous experience working as a Storeperson, Warehouse Operator or similar.
n
Current LF Forklift Licence is essential.
n
Confident and proven experience operating high reach forklifts.
n
Strong experience across receivals, picking, packing, putaways and dispatch.
n
Good understanding of inventory and stock control processes.
n
Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another rapid-paced warehouse environment will be highly regarded.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
n
Good communication and organisational skills.
n
Comfortable completing both forklift and manual warehouse duties.
n
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
n
Reliable, motivated and committed to maintaining strong safety standards.
n
n
