We uphold the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and maintain rigorous child safety standards across all recruitment processes.
All child-facing roles require current teacher registration, Working With Children clearance (where applicable), completion of child safety and mandatory reporting training, thorough reference and background checks, and a signed declaration of commitment to our Child Safety Code of Conduct.
KidsCo does not engage agency or third-party staff in child-facing roles. Only directly employed, fully vetted educators are entrusted to work with children in our care.
